Can I request a one-time cleaning?
Of course! If you are having a special event, house showing, etc., we are happy to assist!
How much do you charge?
We charge based on the number/size of dog(s) and size of yard. No dog or yard are the same! Give us a call for a quote!
How do I request a quote?
It is best to call us for a quote at (573) 447-2667! However, if you wish, you can fill out the Customer Questionnaire at the bottom of the home screen. From there we will call you once we are available with any additional questions we have and provide a quote for you from there.
How often do you come out to clean? Can I request a specific day?
  • For a special event, or one-time cleaning, we can book a specific day with an additional cost. 

For regularly scheduled clients, we currently clean on a weekly basis, typically between Wednesday - Friday. Our routes work similarly to a bus route, which means we clean neighborhood by neighborhood. Because of this, we are generally unable to clean on a specific day of the week and must adhere to our schedule. How are you with dogs? Is it okay if the dog is out with you while you clean?
  • Absolutely! We are great with dogs. It is often the best part of our day getting to meet your furry friend. We always have high-quality dog treats on hand. Most dogs come to love us knowing that they will get a treat when we visit. 

  • It can sometimes take time for dogs to get used to us (it is only in rare cases they never do) but we are always careful and mindful of your dog, knowing that we are walking into their space. We aim to respect that so long as we are being safe. If we are ever concerned about our safety with your dog, we will let you know.

  • In cases where it takes time for your dog to get used to us, we suggest simply leaving the dog out with us even if they’re barking. Whenever calling to him/her or incentivizing him/her with treats of your own, the dog often feels encouraged, gets more confident in their behavior, and will never get used to us.
What if the dog is out and gated in, will they get out while you are there?
aYour dog’s safety is a high priority for us. We are always careful both entering and leaving a yard. Especially if we cannot immediately tell if the dog is out or not. Additionally, we make sure to securely open and close the gate from both inside and outside the yard, even if the dog is out or let out by their owners while we are there.
What will you do if my scheduled day has inclement weather or it’s a holiday?
  • We adjust our weekly schedules with holidays and when weather prevents us from cleaning. In these cases, we will work ahead of schedule to ensure a clean yard for our customers while still maintaining a weekly cleaning schedule.
What do you do with the waste that you pick up?
Any waste that we pick up, we bag and haul off with us. We aim to make the service as easy and hassle-free for our customers.
Do you provide service to any areas outside Columbia, MO?
We will provide service to areas outside Columbia but with an added fee for drivetime. Give us a call if you have any questions!
How does billing work? Will I receive an invoice?
To make the payment process simple for the both of us, we charge on an 8-week interval and will leave an invoice at your residence at the time of payment. This invoice will be in a “self-addressed” envelope for you to mail your check. Ask us about digital payment methods!

Do I need to be home when you come to clean?
Nope! Most customers are not home when we visit. So long as there isn’t anything keeping us from getting in the yard to clean, we can handle everything from there. We strive to make the process as hassle-free as possible.
How do I know when you have cleaned?
Your yard will be clean! We take a lot of pride in our work and want you to enjoy your yard, knowing that it has been cleaned. We are a little cheeky when it comes to this question.
The yard is clean but I never heard or saw you; are you a ghost?
As cool as that might be, we are very much human. We just aim to be quick and quiet at what we do!
